Ain Aaviksoo
Ain Aaviksoo is the Head of Health Policy Progamme at PRAXIS since September 2005. He obtained medical degree and certificate of general practitioner from the University of Tartu, Estonia (1998 & 1999 respectively). Dr Aaviksoo did his Master of Public Health degree on quantitative methods and decision analysis at Harvard School of Public Health, Boston, USA (2005). Before PRAXIS dr Aaviksoo worked as the Head of Public Health Department in the Ministry of Social Affairs of Estonia. Ain Aaviksoo's research interest lies in health system performance.
